How Can I Join Design Your Gift UK?

It's easy and free to register as a new member; simply click "Login" in the top right corner. Then, click on "Create Account" to fill in your details.

If the email address that you have selected is already in use, you will be asked to log in instead. Don't worry if you have forgotten your password, as you can request a new password by selecting "Forgot password?"

How Can I Reset My Password?

If you need to reset your password, you can request a new password here by clicking on "forgot your password". Type in the email that you are registered with and click “Submit”. Now we'll send you an email with a link allowing you to create a new password. If you don't receive our email, please make sure to check your spam folder as well.

We're sorry to hear that you're being disconnected just after you've logged in to your account. 

If this happens, clearing your cache and cookies in your browser should solve the issue. 


To clear your browsing data, simply follow these steps: 


Google ChromeOpen the menu by clicking the icon in the top right corner, then select "History". Now click "Clear browsing data" in the top of the page, and delete your data from "the beginning of time".


Internet Explorer 11Click the cogwheel icon in the top right corner, then "Safety" and "Delete browsing history". In the pop up window, tick the data you'd like to delete and confirm by clicking "Delete". 


SafariClick "Safari" in the top left corner, then select "Preferences" - "Privacy". In the dialog box that appears, select "Remove all website data..." to remove your cache and cookies. 


Mozilla FirefoxOpen the menu by clicking the icon in the top right corner, then select "History" and "Clear recent history". Now select "Everything" in the time range to clear, and by clicking "Details" you can select which data to delete. Confirm by clicking "Clear now".

Can I track my Order?

When placing an order, you can choose either our standard free delivery or fast track delivery. 


Either way you will get a confirmation after placing the order, then you will receive another email confirmation when your order is shipped. 


For Standard FREE delivery please allows 2 days after shipping for your order to be delivered. 

For Fast track shipping we will send you a tracking number after your order been shipped.

HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

The delivery time of your order depends on your chosen delivery method and wither a promotional offer has been used with the order.


STANDARD DELIVERY:  2 Working days to dispatch  1 to 3 working days for delivery.


PRIORITY DISPATCH:  1 Working days to dispatch 1 to 3 working days for delivery.


PRIORITY DELIVERY: 1 Working days to dispatch 1 working days for delivery.  


Please note that Some promotional offer codes add extra days to the production time due to expected volume increase in our production line. 

WHAT DELIVERY METHODS WE USE?

Standard Delivery:

Small Items by Royal Mail 2nd Class / Large items by 48hr courier, delivered within 2-4 working days of dispatch, but may take up to 14 working days after the date of dispatch.


First Class Delivery:

Small Items by Royal Mail 1st Class / Large items by 24hr courier, delivered within 1-2 working days of dispatch, but please allow 10 working days after the date of dispatch. 


Tracked Delivery:

Includes parcel tracking and normally delivered the next working day after the dispatch date, but can take up to 3 working days after the date of dispatch. 


We use Royal Mail as our main delivery service provider but in certain cases we use DPD for our Fast track Orders

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE THE UK?

Unfortunately, we do Not deliver abroad at the moment.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all the major credit and debit cards and you can now pay using Google Pay.


When paying with a debit or credit card, the payment is always made through a secure form, and your card details will not be saved unless you select this option when placing your order. If you choose to save your card details for next time, they will be securely stored and encrypted in our payment system.

THE LIFESPAN OF OUR PRODUCTS?

We would like you to enjoy our products as long as possible so that your precious moments do not fade away. However, please note that due to the nature of our products, they might get used or faded with regular handling. Therefore, we advise that their life span is 6 months.

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED OR DOESN'T LOOK HOW I EXPECTED IT TO. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We're really sorry to hear that you are not happy with the quality of your order. 

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so we will do our best to find the best solution for you.


Please Contact us to let us know what the problem is along with your order Number. 

You'll find your order reference in your order confirmation email and in “My Account”Under order history.  


Please ensure you describe and include photos of the defected Product that you received to show exactly what the problem is. In this way we will be able to help you as quickly as possible.


*Please be aware that you will have to pay the cost of returning the Product to our nominated address. 


Your order can be fully refunded or replaced up to 14 days after the day of delivery, but only if: 

- the Product you received is faulty 

- it is not as we describe it 

- its quality is not satisfactory
